  It took four different trips until I had enough time to attend to my business. The wait times can vary from short (if you happen to catch a down time) to over 2 hours. With people coming from outlying areas, the wait can be very long, especially since currently they are down two staff members. There is also not enough seating inside during those busy times. Staff are very nice once you finally get to see them. Make an appointment online if possible! Would be 5 stars if staffing and wait time issues were resolved.
